Nutrition

Over the next 28-days, you’ll be eating a real, whole-foods based meal plan. If it comes out of a box, you’re probably not going to find it on the grocery list. Great nutrition is the foundation of great results.  Your main focus is going to be on eating high-quality protein, healthy fat, nutrient dense greens, and real fruits and vegetables.

Accountability

Accountability is KEY when sticking to a program. Everyday you will receive a short motivational email filled with inspiration and tips & tricks to help you to stay on track during the entire program. You will also be apart of a private Facebook Group with everyone going through the challenge to share success stories, ask questions  and bring comradery to the group!

Fitness

We recommend to adding a fitness routine to this challenge to see the best results. You will get an at-home workout to complete once a week, but we suggest additional exercise throughout the week depending on your goals. Join a class at Symmetry Wellness Club, work with one of our personal trainers, or stick to your weekly fitness routine if you have one! There are many options to adding more exercise into this program and maximizing your results! You will also get body measurements done before and after the challenge to see how the body changes to your new lifestyle!
