What is the Little Black Dress Project?

The Little Black Dress Project is a step-by-step 42 day transformation program for women that includes a daily meal plan and weekly grocery list, guidance from your trainers, daily motivation and sculpting workouts. 

Pick out your little black dress at the beginning of this challenge, put your body through a reset physically, nutritionally and mentally then come out and celebrate with all the amazing women participating in the challenge! 

At the end of our 42-days we will be going out in the Little Black Dress of your choosing to celebrate your success with other women who have been on the same challenge as you!


Nutrition

When you eat whole, real foods like those in this meal plan you will rid your body of sugar cravings, rev up your metabolism and energy and teach your body to love the food that will nourish you from the inside out!

This program gives you a 6 weeks grocery list with recipes for each meal for all 42 days making the nutritional part of the Little Black Dress Project easy and manageable. You will know exactly what to buy at the store, saving you time and money. These clean eating recipes will kick up your metabolism and fill your body with real foods. 


Fitness

The fitness portion of this challenge will be different for each woman participating. We suggest you incorporate strength training, cardio and mind-body workouts to get the most out of this challenge. Participating in group classes at Symmetry Wellness Club, working out with one of our amazing personal trainers or doing your own workouts outside of the gym are all options for you to participate in this challenge! 

Combining workouts that challenge your body and build up cardiovascular endurance and strength will make this 42-day challenge a successful experience with results you can see and feel!


accountability

 

Accountability is KEY when sticking to a program. Achieving success will be so much easier when you don’t try to go it alone! We are BETTER TOGETHER! You’ll receive a short motivational email everyday that’s filled with inspiration, motivation, and tips & tricks to help you to stay on track during the entire program. You will also be apart of a private Facebook Group with all the women    participating in the challenge experiencing the same struggles and successes as YOU! 

While the number on the scale is not the only measure of success, taking body measurements helps us know if the needle is moving in the right direction.  You’ll get clear instructions on how to  measure on your own. Those participating will get a free body composition test before and after the challenge to determine how much muscle you’ve built and how much fat you’ve lost!
