LISA WELLINGTON

Lisa brings her passion to teaching and exercise to every session and class.   After enjoying her experience with her own personal trainer 7 years ago (Tracy S), completing her first triathlon and a half marathon, she decided to share her love of fitness with others.

Lisa is an AFAA certified personal trainer, and holds certifications as a P90x coach, Pilates Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor.

Lisa’s Pilates training has influenced how she trains her clients on the fitness floor focusing on body awareness, core strength, breathing, alignment, posture and corrective exercises.

Her passion is to help people reach their goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength, or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  

She would love for you to join in on the fun!  Be prepared to work to the best of your ability.  Taking into consideration that every person is at a different fitness level, she works at pushing you to YOUR personal limit.

TRACY Swietoniowski

Tracy has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. As Fitness Director at the Skaneateles YMCA for 5 years, she developed and implemented various fitness programs and classes for a diverse group of participants.  She has in the past and currently works with local collegiate athletes in various sports, she is also responsible for working with athletes who are rehabilitating and reconditioning for their sport.

She has and is currently working at the collegiate level for Syracuse University as an Adjunct Professor in the Physical Education department, where she is implementing training curriculums to condition students and at Cayuga Community College working in the business department, helping to educate students to become young professionals.

Megan Baner

Megan comes from Virginia where she grew up participating and earning her black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She has 10 years of coaching experience and has worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds as a swim coach, Tae Kwon Do instructor and certified yoga instructor. Megan took her 200hr teacher training at Down Dog Yoga, Washington D.C. in 2015, graduating as a teacher and re-inventing the dry land program for her club swim team, incorporating yoga into their weekly program. She is also P90x Certified.

Living a healthy lifestyle is a top priority for Megan as she enjoys swimming, equestrian activities, participating in triathlons, and yoga. She is excited to share her passions and help everyone she meets reach and exceed their goals.

SIDNEY LAWSON

Sidney is a NASM certified personal trainer with an avid passion for fitness and healthy living. She is a Skaneateles native who graduated from Skaneateles High School in 2013. Sidney recently relocated back to Skaneateles from Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where she began her involvement in the health and fitness industry. A graduate of Siena College, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology. In addition to her fitness training, Sidney is also a Precision Nutrition certified nutrition coach, making her a well-rounded and knowledgeable addition to our team. An active athlete in both high school and college, she focuses on strength training, endurance and building the foundation for a long-term healthy lifestyle. Sidney hopes to bring a youthful, positive energy and a fresh take on fitness!

Quality of Life:  Injuries and accidents can prevent you fromparticipating in your favorite activities.  We are here and make the road to recovery a smooth one by recommending exercises to emphasize overall muscular balance to prevent future injuries.  Research confirms that individuals with health challenges such as diabetes, asthma, osteoporosis, or heart disease benefit greatly from regular physical activity.....   Lets rid the body of stress and detoxify your life.

Our Policy

Cancellation: Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in in forfeiture of the session and will be fully charged for one session.   

Tardiness: Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.  

Package Expiration: The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 6 months from the date of the contract. Personal training sessions are void after this time period. 

Refunds: No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
