LISA WELLINGTON

Lisa brings her passion to teaching and exercise to every session and class.   After enjoying her experience with her own personal trainer 7 years ago (Tracy S), completing her first triathlon and a half marathon, she decided to share her love of fitness with others.

Lisa is an AFAA certified personal trainer, and holds certifications as a P90x coach, Pilates Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor.

Lisa’s Pilates training has influenced how she trains her clients on the fitness floor focusing on body awareness, core strength, breathing, alignment, posture and corrective exercises.

Her passion is to help people reach their goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength, or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  

She would love for you to join in on the fun!  Be prepared to work to the best of your ability.  Taking into consideration that every person is at a different fitness level, she works at pushing you to YOUR personal limit.

TRACY Swietoniowski

Tracy has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. As Fitness Director at the Skaneateles YMCA for 5 years, she developed and implemented various fitness programs and classes for a diverse group of participants.  She has in the past and currently works with local collegiate athletes in various sports, she is also responsible for working with athletes who are rehabilitating and reconditioning for their sport.

She has and is currently working at the collegiate level for Syracuse University as an Adjunct Professor in the Physical Education department, where she is implementing training curriculums to condition students and at Cayuga Community College working in the business department, helping to educate students to become young professionals.

Rob sanborn

Rob is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with experience assisting clients of all ages reach their fitness goals. He is a 2015 Onondaga Central graduate and holds a Bachelors degree of Science in Fitness and Wellness Leadership from SUNY Plattsburgh. His course of study included exercise science, functional movements, anatomy, a very strong understanding of postural alignment, which also allowed for 2 years of training experience with college students and faculty members.

He also holds a specialty certification in Olympic style weightlifting (USAW-Level1) for beginner and intermediate lifters, including youth training.

Rob is a huge proponent of using varied forms of strength training to reach clients goals. With a deep background of athletics and a variety of training styles, he can help athletes reach their goals in a safe and effective manner. He is well versed in combining injury prevention, speed/strength training, and sport specific training.

Our Policy

Cancellation: Personal training sessions that are not rescheduled or cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in in forfeiture of the session and will be fully charged for one session.   

Tardiness: Clients arriving late will receive the remaining scheduled session time, unless other arrangements have been previously made with the trainer.  

Package Expiration: The expiration policy requires completion of all personal training sessions within 6 months from the date of the contract. Personal training sessions are void after this time period. 

Refunds: No personal training refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to relocation, illness, and unused sessions.
