Lisa brings her passion to teaching and exercise to every session and class. After enjoying her experience with her own personal trainer 7 years ago (Tracy S), completing her first triathlon and a half marathon, she decided to share her love of fitness with others.
Lisa is an AFAA certified personal trainer, and holds certifications as a P90x coach, Pilates Instructor and Group Fitness Instructor.
Lisa’s Pilates training has influenced how she trains her clients on the fitness floor focusing on body awareness, core strength, breathing, alignment, posture and corrective exercises.
Her passion is to help people reach their goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain, strength, or just maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
She would love for you to join in on the fun! Be prepared to work to the best of your ability. Taking into consideration that every person is at a different fitness level, she works at pushing you to YOUR personal limit.
Tracy has worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. As Fitness Director at the Skaneateles YMCA for 5 years, she developed and implemented various fitness programs and classes for a diverse group of participants. She has in the past and currently works with local collegiate athletes in various sports, she is also responsible for working with athletes who are rehabilitating and reconditioning for their sport.
She has and is currently working at the collegiate level for Syracuse University as an Adjunct Professor in the Physical Education department, where she is implementing training curriculums to condition students and at Cayuga Community College working in the business department, helping to educate students to become young professionals.

Erin is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has earned her 200YTT certification with School Yoga Institute and is also a Beachbody P90x Live instructor. Over the past two years Erin has been teaching group classes in New York City, growing her knowledge and love for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. She has returned back to the Finger Lakes with fresh ideas and experience to share with her clients.
Erin comes from a strong dance background of over 7 years that has always influenced her active lifestyle and movement, ultimately leading her to pursue a fulltime career in the fitness industry. She brings knowledge and enthusiasm to each class and client, creating a fun and stimulating workout that will help you achieve your goals and have fun at the same time!
