This is a detailed package giving you meal plans and recipes for every meal for 42 days. This dietician approved meal plan has been used by many of our clients with great results!

 

 

Athletic Training : Small Group

College Preparatory Conditioning

6 week sessions

  • $300 per athlete

  • includes two 1 hour sessions per week

  • Working on college packets or specific needs per individual to enhance their sports specific athleticism while keeping them conditioned and physically healthy.

Off-Season Youth Athletic Conditioning

6 week sessions

  • Youth Development ages 8-13 yrs

  • Enhanced Athlete ages 14-18 yrs

  • $240 per athlete

  • includes two 1 hour sessions per week

  • Developing fundamental techniques in strength, speed, core, agility, plyometrics, stabilization and prehab training through body awareness and active stretching sessions.
