What you Get

Shredding for the Wedding is a step-by-step 42 day transformation program for the bride and her bridal party to get wedding ready with a daily meal plan, weekly grocery list, guidance from our trainers, daily motivation and fun workouts. 

This program gives you a 6 week grocery list with recipes for each meal for all 42 days making the nutritional part of Shredding for the Wedding easy and manageable. Learning what to eat, how to meal prep and change your habits will help your body transform and increase your energy for the big day and beyond!

Nutrition

When you eat whole, real foods like those in this meal plan you will rid your body of sugar cravings, rev up your metabolism and energy and teach your body to love the food that will nourish you from the inside out! Feel and look amazing for your wedding day!

You will know exactly what to buy at the store, saving you time and money. These clean eating recipes will kick up your metabolism and fill your body with real foods; changing your eating habits and your body!

Accountability

Accountability is KEY when sticking to a program. Achieving success will be so much easier when you don’t try to go it alone! We are BETTER TOGETHER! You’ll receive a short motivational email everyday that’s filled with inspiration and tips & tricks to help you to stay on track during the entire program. You will also be apart of a private Facebook Group with all the women participating in the challenge experiencing the same struggles and successes as YOU! 

While the number on the scale is not the only measure of success, taking body measurements helps us know if the needle is moving in the right direction.  You’ll get clear instructions on how to  measure on your own. Those participating will get a free body composition test before and after the challenge to determine how much muscle you’ve built and how much fat you’ve lost!

Fitness

Best results for Shedding for the Wedding will be seen with the addition of a fitness regime. Every week you will get 1 at home workout to accomplish on your own, but we recommend to add more. Join a class at Symmetry Wellness Club, work with one of our personal trainers, or stick to your weekly routine if you have one! There are many options to adding more fitness into this program and maximizing your results!
