All of our current classes are available on-site in Skaneateles, NY, as well as Zoom.

Classes are non-transferable and may not be used to substitute another class.

Sunday Circuit

Start your Sunday morning off with a sweat! This circuit brings you through a full body workout utilizing cardio machines, hand weights, stability balls and more. The mix up of exercises and props will keep your workout fun and challenging!

Get ready to sweat, sculpt and tone your entire body. Each week you'll receive a full body workout through this strength training class. You will strengthen and tone your muscles, as well as boost your cardio and strength endurance.

Pilates with balance

Tuesdays at Skaneateles united methodist church (26 Jordan St.)

5:30 PM - 6:15 PM

This mat based Pilates class will become one of your weekly staples. We’ll focus on controlled movements, flexibility and balance. Mats are provided and we currently instruct to all levels.

Free Weights and Cardio Class
Build strength, boost endurance, and burn calories in this energizing 45--minute total body workout!  This 6-week program combines free weights and cardio intervals to challenge your muscles and keep your heart rate up.

Each class includes:

  • Strength Training - Target all muscles groups with dumbbells and bodyweight exercies

  • Cardo Bursts - Improve endurance with dynamic movements to keep you moving

  • Core & Stability Work - learn how engage your core for better balance and posture

We will add mobility training to bring back range in your joints and strengthen your body complimenting this mat-based Pilates class. Mobility teaches the body to move the way it was meant to.

uPPER BODY & core

Saturdays

Curls & Crunches is an upper body strength training class, focusing on stabilizing your core and strengthening your arms. It incorporates weight training and bodyweight exercises to build all of your upper body muscles.

thai yoga bodywork

Instructor: Tracy & Erin

Thai Yoga Bodywork is done on the floor on a cushioned mat. The client is fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing. Practitioners use their hands, feet, elbows, knees and body weight to create rhythmic motion, acupressure and compression stretches to all the muscles of the body from head to toe. You can receive a session in the comfort of your home or at our Align location in Auburn.
