Monday Whole Body Wellness is your weekly reset — a full‑body strength and mobility class designed to help you ease into the week feeling grounded, energized, and capable. This session blends functional strength training, joint‑friendly mobility work, and mindful movement patterns that support everyday life and long‑term wellness.
Every movement is scalable, every pace is welcome, and every participant is encouraged to tune into what their body needs most.

This mat based Pilates class will become one of your weekly staples. We’ll focus on controlled movements, flexibility and balance. Mats are provided and we currently instruct to all levels.

6‑Week Series • All Levels Welcome

Total Body Progression is a full‑body strength class designed to help you build consistency, confidence, and measurable progress over six weeks. Each week, you’ll revisit key movements and record the free‑weight loads you use so you can clearly see your strength increase over time.

Some exercises — like planks, holds, or tempo work — will be timed, giving you another way to track improvements in endurance and stability.

Every session includes clear progressions and movement choices to meet you where you are, ensuring all levels feel supported, challenged, and successful.

At the end of each 6‑week cycle, the exercise lineup refreshes, giving you new movements to learn, new loads to track, and new ways to grow.

Join us for the full six‑week journey or drop in when you can — you’ll always have a clear path forward.

Free Weights and Cardio Class
Build strength, boost endurance, and burn calories in this energizing 45--minute total body workout!  This 6-week program combines free weights and cardio intervals to challenge your muscles and keep your heart rate up.

Each class includes:

  • Strength Training - Target all muscles groups with dumbbells and bodyweight exercies

  • Cardo Bursts - Improve endurance with dynamic movements to keep you moving

Curls & Crunches is an upper body strength training class, focusing on stabilizing your core and strengthening your arms. It incorporates weight training and bodyweight exercises to build all of your upper body muscles.

thai yoga bodywork

Instructor: Tracy & Erin

Thai Yoga Bodywork is done on the floor on a cushioned mat. The client is fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing. Practitioners use their hands, feet, elbows, knees and body weight to create rhythmic motion, acupressure and compression stretches to all the muscles of the body from head to toe. You can receive a session in the comfort of your home, our Symmetry location or Zen Den in Auburn.
